Welcome to the BSc. Management (Human Resources Management)

BSc Management (Human Resources) concentrates on the broad area of human resource management, plus employment policy and practice, industrial relations, organisational psychology, and organisational analysis, with choices to focus on both the USA and international level. It is designed to encourage you to gain a critical awareness of how people are managed in organisations. You’ll gain an overall view of human resource management and explore different ways to approach human resources. As well as having the opportunity to take further specialist pathway modules, you can also complement the core modules with electives from other pathways. What is human resource management? English Language Requirement

Southeast Missouri State University will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12 year education or English is designated as the primary and official language, and the principle language of instruction.

If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
