BSc Management (Human Resources)
concentrates on the broad area of human resource management, plus employment
policy and practice, industrial relations, organisational psychology, and
organisational analysis, with choices to focus on both the USA and
international level. It is designed to encourage you to gain a critical
awareness of how people are managed in organisations. You’ll gain an overall
view of human resource management and explore different ways to approach human
resources. As well as having the opportunity to take further specialist pathway
modules, you can also complement the core modules with electives from other
pathways. What is human resource management? A Human Resource
