complex projects. This program emphasizes: Quantitative decision-making,

intelligence and machine learning in project execution. By the end of the
program, you’ll be able to: Evaluate complex business challenges. Apply project
management methodologies, tools, and techniques to develop effective solutions.
Analyze project data using statistical and business analytics. Make data-driven
decisions and optimize project outcomes. Synthesize knowledge from multiple
business disciplines and project management best practices. Lead
cross-functional teams and deliver successful projects. Design and implement
project management plans that integrate business strategy, financial
