BEng (Hons) Cyber Security is designed for students who want to develop the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to protect organisations from cyber threats in an increasingly connected world. The course combines computing, networking and software development with specialist cyber security knowledge. As you progress through your studies, you’ll explore ethical hacking, digital forensics, secure programming, cryptography and governance, while learning how to identify vulnerabilities and develop secure technology solutions. During the course, you’ll: Build a strong foundation in computing, programming and networking. Develop practical cyber security skills using industry relevant tools and technologies. Learn how to identify, assess and respond to cyber security threats. Explore ethical hacking, digital forensics, cryptography and secure software development

BEng (Hons) Cyber Security is designed to develop the technical, analytical and professional skills used across a wide range of industries. The knowledge and skills developed during the course may be relevant to roles in: Cyber security, Information security, Network security, Penetration testing, Digital forensics, Security operations, Risk and compliance, IT infrastructure, Software development.
International student can work up to 20 hours per week and full time during official school breaks and vacations. Graduates can apply for 18 months Graduate visa to live, study, and work.

UWS London accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, evidence of English study within a 12 year education system where English is designated as the primary and official language and the principal language of instruction. For applicants who do not yet meet the English language requirement, there are two pathways to achieve the necessary level:
Recognized English Proficiency Tests; Students may submit one of the following minimum scores of IELTS: 6.5 overall band score and or PTE Academic: Score of 60.
