Masters of Architecture

Our Master of Architecture (M.Arch) is a postgraduate degree that delves deeper into the art, science, and practice of architecture. This program is designed for individuals who want to advance their expertise in architectural design, urban planning, sustainable development, and related fields. It often serves as a pathway to becoming a licensed architect or pursuing specialized roles in the architecture and design industry. Graduates of this program can pursue careers as Architect (Licensed Professional), Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, Building Restoration Specialist, Green Building Designer, Construction Project Manager, Academic Lecturer or Researcher in Architecture, Industrial Designer, Architectural Drafter (CAD Specialist), Retail Space Designer, Lighting Designer, Sustainable Design Consultant, Urban Designer.

English Language Requirement

Chandigarh University,  will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit 

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
