Our
Master of Science in Food Science and Technology is an advanced,
research-focused program that builds upon foundational knowledge in the
biological, chemical, and physical sciences to address complex challenges in
the food industry. The curriculum is designed to deepen your understanding of
how raw agricultural products are transformed into safe, nutritious, and
high-quality food through various innovative processing techniques. Students
explore topics such as advanced food chemistry, microbiology, food engineering,
and quality assurance, while developing hands-on expertise in contemporary
laboratory techniques and analytical methods.
