Welcome to the Bachelor of Science Agribusiness

An Agribusiness degree prepares students for work in an industry that has never been more important to the local, national and global economies. Students in MTSU's Agribusiness degree program learn about the importance of managing farms and supply lines that help meet those demands. This includes hands-on learning in: Agribusiness Management, Commodity Trading, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Policy. The importing and exporting of food products is a multi-billion-dollar business. Agribusiness students have the opportunity to travel abroad and study this business firsthand. In addition to yearly trips to Canada and Argentina, students can learn about the international wine industry in a course taught entirely outside of the United States. And more opportunities are being developed yearly!

English Language Requirement

Middle Tennessee State University will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12 year education or English is designated as the primary and official language, and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
