Agriculture graduates play key roles in planning for the efficient and safe future of our water supply, land, and other natural resources. The Agriculture Industry options allows students to choose 30 hours of agriculture courses (agriculture, agronomy, animal science, and/or horticulture), in consultation with an advisor, to supplement the agribusiness core courses. Students receive personal curriculum advisement from their advisor to help them prepare for the career field of their interest. Work closely with faculty mentors who have experience in various agribusiness areas. Earn real world experience through a required internship or research project. Agribusiness students are also able to gain valuable hands-on experience in the classroom and at the many departmental facilities.
