Master of Professional Studies - Human Resources Leadership (Online)

The Human Resources Leadership concentration of the Master of Professional Studies degree (MPS) is an interdisciplinary graduate degree program designed for working professionals who wish to earn a graduate degree and excel in their careers. Human resources professionals are increasingly becoming an integral part of an organization's strategic planning process. Company executives today are turning to HR professionals for policy directives and creative ways to use human capital for improved performance results. The HR Leadership coursework focuses on a variety of workplace factors (economic, environmental, ethical, legal, political, and administrative) and the impact they can have on organizational productivity, performance, and behavior.

English Language Requirement

Middle Tennessee State University will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
