The aim of this programme is to develop the necessary knowledge and skills for effective leadership and management in education organizations. Students will highlight and examine current scholarship and ideas in the field of educational leadership and management both globally and locally. The programme activities will promote the development of criticality, synthesis, deep reflection, and scholarly activities. Students will apply selected leadership and management strategies to their own professional practice and to an improvement project in the environment they operate.
