The Doctor of Business Administration Concentration in Information Technology Management prepares business & IT executives with the knowledge and acumen to solve complex business and IT problems, manage IT initiatives, ensure digital assets security, and have the expertise to implement governance and management of the enterprise IT infrastructure. Doctoral students will gain valuable insights into the strategic frameworks needed to sustain competitive advantage through the use of IT and other emerging technologies. This concentration has its design roots in the Project Management Institute guide to the Body of Knowledge, and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association accepted Information Systems Knowledge and Practice platform. The program emphasizes advanced decision making and leadership skills, as well as in depth knowledge of theory and applied research.

Graduate student can work up to 20 hours per week and full time during official school breaks and vacations. Post completion Optional Practical Training allows graduates to work for 12 months and STEM graduate are eligible for a 24 month extension.

Westcliff University will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, evidence of English study within a 12 year education system where English is designated as the primary and official language and the principal language of instruction. For applicants who do not yet meet the English language requirement, there are two pathways to achieve the necessary level:
Pre sessional English Programme; Students may successfully complete a preparatory English programme offered by the university before beginning their academic course. Recognized English Proficiency Tests; Students may submit one of the following minimum scores prior to the start of their program: IELTS: 6.5 overall band score (or equivalent), TOEFL or PTE: Score of 60, Duolingo English Test: Score of 120.
