About This Programme

Our study programme is designed for students motivated and dedicated to becoming future professionals in the hospitality industry. Through a balanced combination of theory and practice, our curriculum prepares graduates for successful careers in Austria, Europe, and around the globe. With a strong focus on international hospitality standards, business management, and hands on training, ITM provides the ideal foundation for a future in the tourism and hospitality industry. During your first study year, you will cover a broad field of Tourism and Management related subjects, as well as Business Communication and Media. Between the first and second study year, students must complete a 13 week paid internship. The application process begins early, with professional CV writing and job application guidance from faculty. Students secure internships in fields such as Restaurant & Service, Cooking, Travel Agency Management.

English Language Requirement

International College of Tourism and Management, Austria will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, evidence of English study within a 12 year education system where English is designated as the primary and official language and the principal language of instruction. For applicants who do not yet meet the English language requirement, there are two pathways to achieve the necessary level:

Pre sessional English Programme; Students may successfully complete a preparatory English programme offered by the university before beginning their academic course. Recognized English Proficiency Tests; Students may submit one of the following minimum scores prior to the start of their program: IELTS: 6.5 overall band score (or equivalent), TOEFL or PTE: Score of 60, Duolingo English Test: Score of 120.
