The Level 5 Diploma in Business Management is an Ofqual regulated, 120 credit qualification equivalent to the second year of a UK bachelor's degree (Higher National Diploma level). Designed to develop comprehensive knowledge in operational management, leadership, organizational behavior, financial control, and strategic planning, this course prepares learners to take on key management roles or progress directly into the final year (Level 6 top up) of a university degree. The qualification builds upon fundamental business concepts and covers key areas such as strategic management, marketing, human resource management, finance, operations, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. Learners gain a deeper understanding of business decision making, leadership practices, and organizational performance.
