The STEM-designated MBA in Management at the Lally School of Management provides a broad-based business education with the flexibility to tailor your learning experience to your career goals. With a curriculum that emphasizes strategic leadership, financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making, students gain the skills in corporate management, consulting, and entrepreneurial ventures. This one-year program offers flexibility, allowing students to complete their degree in three consecutive semesters (fall, spring, summer or spring, summer, fall). Alternatively, students can choose an extended format, spreading their studies over three non-consecutive semesters (fall, spring, fall or spring, fall, spring) to better balance their academic and professional. Graduates of the MBA in Management will develop expertise in finance, operations, marketing, and organizational leadership. Use quantitative analysis and strategic thinking to drive business growth and innovation.

English Language Requirement

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit 

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
