About

The Bachelor’s degree programme Film & Motion Design is divided into various modules. In the foundational modules, we’ll first teach you the basic principles and techniques of artistic crafts, such as animation, storytelling, cinematography, sound design, 3D design, editing, post-production and digital composition. After you’ve learned these, you’ll be able to develop your own specialisations in elective modules. You will create music videos, documentaries, animation films and experimental short films. You will also design motion graphics, animated logos, explainer videos or spatial multimedia installations. The theoretical element will cover important historical and contemporary developments in art, film, photography and design. In the 5th semester, you’ll have the opportunity to test out your newly-gained design skills in practice through an internship or a semester abroad.
