The Master
of Science in Environmental Engineering at the University of Sopron is designed
to produce skilled professionals who can address environmental challenges with
cutting-edge scientific, ecological, engineering, and management knowledge.
Students are equipped to identify environmental risks, design sustainable
solutions, manage pollution control projects, and optimize environmental
technologies. Our graduates are prepared to work in multidisciplinary fields or
pursue doctoral studies to further deepen their expertise in environmental
sciences and engineering. The MSc in
Environmental Engineering is tailored to train experts capable of: Preventing
and mitigating environmental damage. Developing and optimizing sustainable
engineering technologies. Managing waste processing, recycling, and pollution
control projects. Applying advanced software tools for design, modeling, and
simulation in environmental projects. The program combines theoretical
foundations with practical applications, preparing students to meet the
environmental demands of the future. The
Faculty of Forestry at the University of Sopron is a leader in environmental
and forestry education, research, and innovation. The Faculty provides
state-of-the-art facilities and expert faculty members to support students in
their academic and professional journey.

University of Sopron will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit
