Students within the Associate of Science (Computer Science) Degree program will gain knowledge in programming, data structures, and computer architecture, and will develop their critical thinking and analytical skills. Students will also complete mathematics and lab science courses to further their numerical and lab skills.
The Associate of Science (Computer Science) Degree is a foundational degree consisting of 60 credits in total, typically completed over a two-year period.
International students completing the Associate of of Science (Computer Science) Degree program at Alexander College are also eligible to apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit.
Alexander College provides admission to educational programs for the greatest range of students possible. Where appropriate, however, access to programs and courses is restricted to students who satisfy established admission criteria at both general and program-specific levels.

Alexander College will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12 year education or English is designated as the primary and official language, and the principle language of instruction.
