Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management with a specialization in Human
Resource Management (HRM) is a rigorous, research-driven degree designed for
scholars and professionals who aim to deepen the theoretical and practical
understanding of HRM. This program centers on developing advanced competencies
in research methods—both qualitative and quantitative—while addressing critical
issues in organizational behavior, talent management, labor relations, and
strategic human resource planning. Throughout the program, candidates engage in
intensive scholarly work, typically beginning with advanced coursework in
contemporary HRM theories and research methodologies. This foundational
training is followed by comprehensive research projects and the development of
a doctoral dissertation that contributes new insights into how strategic HR
practices can drive organizational success. The emphasis is not only on
understanding the established frameworks of HRM but also on exploring emerging
areas such as diversity and inclusion, digital transformation in human
resources, and the evolving dynamics of global workforce management.
