Grade 6
marks a significant transition for students, as they move from elementary to
middle school-level education. At this stage, students are encouraged to take
greater responsibility for their learning, hone critical thinking skills, and
explore subjects in greater depth. This year focuses on preparing them
academically, socially, and emotionally for the challenges of middle school and
beyond. This year is crucial for helping students bridge the gap between
childhood and adolescence, preparing them for the academic rigors and social
dynamics of middle school. Grade 6 encourages curiosity, responsibility, and a
love for learning while fostering skills for personal growth and future
success. Analyzing a wide range of literature, including novels, non-fiction,
and poetry, to develop comprehension, interpretation, and critical thinking
skills. Crafting essays, research reports, creative stories, and persuasive
arguments with an emphasis on structure, grammar, and vocabulary. Strengthening
oral communication through debates, presentations, and group discussions.

proficiency requirement or English is designated as the primary and official
language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the
English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by
successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the school.
