An Associate in Science in
Business Administration for Transfer 2.0 (AS-T) from Skyline College is
intended for students who are interested in transferring to a California State
University (CSU) campus with a major in Business Administration, or similar
major. Describe and apply critical thinking and analytical skills in decision
making and problem solving. Assess accounting principles to prepare financial
statements. Examine the law and the legal environment as it relates to business
operations, including its ethical implications. Evaluate the basics of
information technology and apply software applications to enhance efficiency of
business functions. Create effective oral and written business communications
utilizing modern communication technologies for a diverse workforce. Describe
basic economic concepts and how they affect business. Courses in the online AS
in Business Administration program will introduce you to business trends and
give you exposure to data analytics for business decision-making. You'll also
develop soft skills like problem solving, communication and ethics in business.

When you graduate, you'll be positioned for jobs as a team lead or business
specialist in retail, human resources or various other business environments. Career
