Master of Professional Studies - Training and Development (Online)

The Training and Development concentration of the MPS degree (Master of Professional Studies) is an interdisciplinary graduate degree program for working professionals who wish to earn a graduate degree and excel in their careers. This program is: Designed for the working adult, Available Completely Online, provides a Flexible Schedule, Does NOT require a GRE with 5 years of work experience. The value of education is increasingly critical to a successful workplace, and the need for teachers and trainers to provide that education has grown exponentially. This Training and Development concentration offers preparation for teaching adults in the corporate training environment or facilitating courses in an online environment.

The Training and Development master’s program is designed for those interested in organizational needs analysis, instructional design, human resources management, and other areas of training and development. English Language Requirement

Middle Tennessee State University will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
