The
University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) is a vibrant and dynamic
institution that is dedicated to providing top-quality education to students
from all around the world. Our programmes are delivered in English and/or
German language, and with more than 100 nationalities represented on campus, we
are proud to have one of the most diverse student bodies in Europe. Potsdam is
a city approx. 25 min by public transport away from Berlin. It was selected in
2017 as one of the 12 digital hubs in Germany. It’s a cluster of world-leading
companies in innovation such as the SAP Innovation Centre Network, Oracle, and
the Volkswagen Group Future Centre Europe (with designers, experience experts,

Students
at the Innovation Hub have the choice of living in a relaxed atmosphere in
Potsdam or in the vibrant German capital of Berlin. The UE Innovation Hub is
located in close proximity to Berlin's city center. The lakes around the area
invite students to relax with their peers, especially during the summer
semester. Around 25,000 students are based within a 5km radius of the
Innovation Hub, creating a vibrant student environment. Our lecturers at UE
Innovation Hub are thought leaders and highly skilled professionals with years
of industry experience that you will benefit from. We support you getting in
touch with companies. Our UE Career Center helps you finding an internship,
part-time student job or to simply find the job that you really want.
State Recognition :
The
University of Europe for Applied Sciences is state-accredited in the federal
state of Brandenburg. All study programmes of UE are state-approved by the
Ministry of Science, Research and Culture. Thus, the degrees are formally
equivalent to the degrees of a state university.

Quality Advisory Board :
The
UE Quality Advisory Board, which is responsible for formulating a
recommendation for the accreditation of study programmes for the Rectorate
within the framework of internal quality management, represents the different
member groups of the university. The Quality Advisory Board appreciates the
assessment of a team of experts, which consists of external and internal
experts.
Programme Accreditation :
At state-accredited universities like the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE), each new programme of study has to be reviewed and accredited by a special agency that checks content and quality according to the Lisbon Convention.
