The Computer Aided
Design & Drafting (CADD) Program provides
students with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in computer-aided
design and drafting careers. Students engage in hands-on projects, creating
both digital and physical models while mastering industry-standard software
such as AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. Co-operative
Education: Gain
practical, paid work experience with the Co-operative Education option.
Students can complete one full-time, 4-month work term during their diploma
program, alternating academic study with real-world application. Key

access will be available on the Cloverdale campus for all CADD classes. For
students wishing to use their own computers, the requirements below are needed
to remotely access CADD software and to access the online Learning Management

Career Path
This program prepares students for roles as CADD/Drafting
Technicians. Learn to create professional-quality drawings from concept
sketches, design specifications, and industry codes.
