of Philosophy (PhD) in Management with a focus on General Management is a
research-intensive program that bridges advanced management theories with
practical applications across diverse organizational contexts. The degree
emphasizes a deep understanding of various management disciplines—such as
organizational behavior, leadership, strategy, and corporate governance—while
encouraging rigorous exploration of emerging business challenges through
original research. Students in the program engage with both qualitative and
quantitative research methodologies, allowing them to critically analyze
complex issues and propose innovative solutions that can drive meaningful
change in both academic and practical realms. Its interdisciplinary framework
often incorporates insights from economics, psychology, and sociology, thereby

Sharda University will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or student should submit
