Welcome to the BSc (Hons) Artificial Intelligence Engineering

From self-driving cars to chess-playing computers, artificial intelligence (AI) has been shaping our world for some time now. With our BSc (Hons) Artificial Intelligence degree in Near East University, you’ll explore the science of machine learning and develop the skills to firmly place yourself at the forefront of technological innovation.
The artificial intelligence industry is fast-growing and touches so many aspects of society, from business operations to our everyday lives. On this course you will gain a detailed understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and techniques and learn to use this knowledge to address contemporary problems and challenges such as the use of microprocessor-based systems to control home appliances and the detection and resolution of collisions in applied mechanics.
You will develop fundamental skills, such as learning the powerful general-purpose programming language C++, and experience in-depth study of computer networks and systems. Using artificial intelligence code, you will learn how to control advanced mobile robots in our purpose-built laboratory.

Admission Requirements

English Language Requirement

Near East University will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12 year education or English is designated as the primary and official language, and the principle language of instruction.
If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

  • English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
