Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management with a focus on Operations Management
and Supply Chain Management is a rigorous, research-intensive program that
delves into the complexities of how organizations plan, execute, and refine the
flow of goods and services. It blends advanced management theories with
quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to explore the strategic,
operational, and technological challenges that modern supply chains face in a
globalized economy. At its core, this PhD program is designed for scholars who
wish to contribute original insights to both the academic field and industry
practice. The research typically investigates topics such as supply chain
resilience, efficiency optimization, sustainable operations, risk management,
and the integration of digital technologies within operations. By developing
expertise in modeling, simulation, and data analytics, candidates are
encouraged to examine not only traditional structures but also emerging trends
that redefine business processes under rapidly evolving market conditions.
