Post Baccalaureate Diploma - Technical Management and Services

Preparing for work in technical management and services, our diploma program will help you learn to develop a technology plan, and put technical services in place within an organization. You’ll analyze the performance of organizations and identify ways to improve and meet marketplace needs while formulating technical strategies. Technical management and services is a two-year diploma program, however, it can be completed in less time through an accelerated format. Courses in the program include: sustainable operations, new product and services development, consulting and client management practices, and more. Whether participants have industry experience or are just starting their career, this program equips emerging professionals with the skills needed to address supervisory and managerial needs in a technological environment. The technical manager's role is viewed as the link between business management and technical expertise and involves matching resources in uncoordinated areas to make and implement management decisions while simultaneously formulating technical strategies.
