Human Capital Management programme aligns workforce management and development practices with business goals, focusing on analyzing, evaluating, and measuring the value of a company’s workforce. You will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to tackle organizational issues involving human resource and ethics.
Our curriculum not only encompasses HR-related theory and practice, but also the soft and hard competencies in organizational assessment, executive coaching, leadership development, people analytics, compensation and benefits, change management, and team-building.
A wealth of knowledge from your lecturers and the learning experiences in Management and Science University will add depth and breadth to your understanding and develop both your trade and life skills. Expand your learning experiences by undergoing the UEHS Mobility Programme where you spend a semester or more abroad. You may also have the option of completing your internship overseas through the UEHS Global Internship Programme. Both these mobility programmes will further enhance your future employability.

English Language Requirement

University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw  will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12 year education or English is designated as the primary and official language, and the principle language of instruction.
If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

  • English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
