Welcome to the Associate of Arts Degree (Physical Education)

The Physical Education major may be used as the basis for careers in teaching/coaching (K-12, Community College, University, Professional), adaptive physical education, athletic training, exercise science and fitness, athletic and sports management, sports psychology, sports information, sports marketing, youth sports camp/sports program management, fitness center management, personal training. Course topics include the field of physical education, basic human kinetics, sports and exercise psychology, and the historical influences and impacts on the field of physical education. Completion of this degree will provide students a foundation to build knowledge in their selected field of physical education and other related areas, such as kinesiology, personal training, exercise science, and others.

English Language Requirement

Skyline College will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12 year education or English is designated as the primary and official language, and the principle language of instruction.

If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
