Welcome to the Associate Degree Construction Management

The Construction Management program is designed to prepare students with the foundation needed to meet the current technological requirements of the construction workplace. The program has two tracks: one for those interested in transfer to a four-year college or university to major in Construction Engineering or Construction Management; the other option is for those students already employed in the construction industry or who plan to enter the industry after completion of associate degree. The certificate and associate degree curriculum provides students with the industry identified skill competencies for entry into the field.
Gain specialised skills in built environment, quantity surveying and building services design as well as the qualifications for higher salaries and job prospects in the building and construction industries. Get hands-on with practical course material and work with professional equipment alongside learning about the management of construction of some of the world’s biggest projects.

English Language Requirement

College of the Canyons will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12 year education or English is designated as the primary and official language, and the principle language of instruction.
If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

  • English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
