The Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) will provide you with a broad foundation knowledge of contemporary business and its practices. The Human Resource Management (HRM) elective area focuses on developing skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation and organizational behaviour. Students learn how to align HR practices with business strategy, foster inclusive workplace cultures and manage human capital effectively. This elective area is ideal for those interested in leadership roles where understanding people, performance and policy is key. Graduates are well-prepared for roles such as HR coordinator, recruiter, training specialist or HR business partner. This elective area can serve as a pathway toward professional certifications like Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR). Graduates of the BCom program will be able to Use managerial and financial tools to assess basic business issues critically. English Language Requirement

University Canada West will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit 

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
