The study programme offers relevant connection opportunities to the health system and the fitness industry as further relevant professional fields. The programme is offered at the Seilersee Sports Campus in Iserlohn. In cooperation with our partners, the sports campus has an exceptional, central infrastructure of sports facilities (sports halls, swimming pool, ice stadium, etc.), which ensures a high-quality sports science education. The location in the green forest city of Iserlohn is unique and allows for a lot of sporting activity, both indoors and outdoors.
Sports and exercise are trendy and important for staying fit and healthy for a long time. Prevention through sports and exercise is also playing an increasingly incisive role in the healthcare system. In addition, the fitness industry has been recording steady growth for years, both nationally and internationally. With almost 11 million members, fitness is the most successful sport in Germany.
