About This Programme

The BSc (Hons) Collaborative Health and Social Care prepares you to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to work effectively across health and social care services. You’ll explore how collaborative, person centred care helps individuals, families and communities achieve better outcomes. Throughout the course, you’ll develop an understanding of health and wellbeing, evidence based practice, leadership, research and the importance of working across professional and organisational boundaries. During the course, you’ll: Develop an understanding of collaborative health and social care practice Learn how person centred care supports individuals, families and communities. Explore evidence based practice, leadership and service improvement. Develop research, communication and critical thinking skills. Build the knowledge and professional skills needed to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Graduate Path

Health and social care professionals support individuals, families and communities across a wide range of settings. The course is designed to develop the knowledge and practical skills that are used across health and social care services. Roles that use these skills may include:Health and social care practitioner, Care coordinator, Community support, Health improvement officer, Care manager, Support services coordinator, Wellbeing adviser, Third sector project officer.

Eligibility Requirements
Post Study Work Visa

International student can work up to 20 hours per week and full time during official school breaks and vacations. Graduates can apply for 18 months Graduate visa to live, study, and work.

English Language Requirement

UWS London accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, evidence of English study within a 12 year education system where English is designated as the primary and official language and the principal language of instruction. For applicants who do not yet meet the English language requirement, there are two pathways to achieve the necessary level:

Recognized English Proficiency Tests; Students may submit one of the following minimum scores of IELTS: 6.5 overall band score and or PTE Academic: Score of 60.
