At Lane Community, Whether you’re interested in creating marketing materials for business, working in post-production, audio/video production, animation, website design, and more, our Multimedia Design program will provide you with the fundamentals you need to start your career. As a multimedia student, you’ll specialize in one or more focused areas: media post-production, photography, audio/video production, or motion capture/animation. These focused areas will help tailor the program to meet your interests and help you stand out in the job market. What you'll learn; Plan, storyboard, and shoot video. Create foley and sound effects, dub audio, and integrate theme music.Use industry-preferred software like Maya, Pro Tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, and DaVinci Resolve. Stage and photograph people, animals, and objects. Create and edit video and audio. Create motion graphics projects. Design and manipulate vector and raster graphics. Work in a professional studio environment with industry-standard equipment. Your multimedia degree will provide the tools necessary to start working in the field right away. Whether you’re interested in working within film, audio production, web development, business, or more, your Multimedia Design degree or certificate will help you get there. English Language Requirement

Lane Community College will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit 

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
