Welcome to the BSc. (Hons) Mechanical Engineering

Your studies will be underpinned by key engineering topics - maths, design and manufacture, mechanical science, thermofluids, professional engineering techniques and management systems. As you progress, you'll be exposed to more specialist topics such as instrumentation and control, production processes, and sustainable engineering design.
You'll focus on the mainstream core of engineering subjects, together with Applied Mathematics and Information Technology. Elective modules also introduce elements of Aeronautical Engineering. Deepen your knowledge in core mechanical engineering disciplines. These include design analysis, dynamic systems, computational fluid dynamics, advanced materials, control systems, and sustainable energy technologies. 
This BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering degree at Near East University will enable you to be involved in the design, construction and operation of machines, structures and industrial plant for a wide range of industries, across the world

English Language Requirement

Near East University will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12 year education or English is designated as the primary and official language, and the principle language of instruction.
If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit  

  • English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
