A degree in fashion marketing
will help you build expertise and skills in many fields including retailing,
branding, advertising, marketing strategy and research, consumer behavior, and
digital marketing for business professionals in the fashion industry. Academic
training is designed to prepare you to creatively market fashion brands and
products in the global fashion industry. The knowledge, professionalism, and
required skills to jump-start a successful career. Be exposed to all areas of
the global fashion business in the classroom. Have access to study abroad
programs offered within the Harrison College of Business and Computing. The
curriculum emphasis of this course is the development and application of key
marketing theories and covers all aspects of fashion marketing in a global and
circular economy. From a small business start-up to the luxury brand catwalk,
students will study a diverse range of subjects with industry experts,
collaborations, and self-directed study choices. Marketing teams plan and
design all communications between the brand and the customer, directly
influencing the number of items sold and therefore the profitability of the
business. Throughout this programme, there is particular emphasis on the
circular economy, and the influence that sustainable business models have on
the environment and on the relationship with the customer.
Career Path
All of our undergraduate courses
offer career development, so that you become a creative thinker, making
effective contributions to your relevant sector of the fashion industry. Graduates
will go on to undertake a range of marketing roles such as sustainable sourcing
allocator, e-commerce executive, customer relationship executive, social media
manager, marketing assistant and PR.
