The College of
Behavioral and Health Sciences at MTSU offers a Bachelor of Science in
Nutrition and Food Science. The Nutrition and Food Science major provides
preparation for careers in community nutrition services; county, state, and
federal health departments; food systems management; food processing; food
marketing; and quality control.
